Jonnyo's Pizzeria Belleville

No complaints about the food. Ordered a delivery at 4:45pm and it took 2 1/2 hours for it to arrive. We could have drove to Chicago and got our food quicker. We had to feed our kids something else because it was their bedtime before it came.

The food is good. I love the calzones in particular. I have to give them a lower star rating because they literally never have my carry out order ready on time. I will never tip them on an online order because of this. I have noticed since not tipping my order seems to be even later. I always have cash in my pocket and will be happy to tip if ever do have my order ready when they say it is to be.

Ordered at 5:50pm received at 7:20pm. An hour and a half.... I truly feel for these delivery drivers, used to work for a small town pizza place myself, which ALSO means I know my pizza sat out for AT LEAST an hour before I got it. I don't like cold pizza. Websites states 2 3 drivers staffed always, that is a lie. I don't order often but when I do, it's always around an hour. Fix this, please. I don't want a discount, I want a delicious pizza!

I'm sure the food would be great if it was hot. Ordered delivery and received a message at 5:24 that my food was ready and would be delivered in 5-14 minutes. Finally arrived at 6:22, pizza was barely warm and the boneless wings were cold. I'm sure it had been just sitting around for almost an hour. Disappointing experience.

Stopped at the food truck while at the Belleville park today. The gyro I had was awesome and my husband is still raving about the pizza a 10 pm. Service with a smile and Jonny clearly loves what he does!
