Imo's Pizza - Belleville

Last night I had to call my mother in an execution order that I usually do, I even told her that she was correct branch...it was not we pull in 30min later 2 pick-up pizza and said she ordered in the other Belleville store... of course LMAO, but the man worked the window pretty sure that his name was Kevin, he was in our order for us and no lie not even 10min later were ready to XL Pizzas and our liking. Talk about the best fast food service EVER to make pizza. The man deserves a raise! Hands down my favorite locations.

Imo's and I love it! But is it to me that they have become really grinchy lately with the amount of blows? Ordered a bacon Jalapeño and many discs had not!

Although I was currently under construction, I was glad they were still open. Friendly service and hot pizza worn fresh ingredients.

We ordered pizza for the delivery that when it arrived was completely wrong. We called the shop and talked to Randy, who asked us to send the wrong pizza back to the driver when they brought the new pizza. The driver thought we were crazy when we tried to give him the original pizza so we wouldn't send it back. We didn't hear anything about it until we ordered the pizza for delivery a few weeks later and the delivery was rejected because we didn't finish the pizza swaps. I've never heard of a pizza swaps before, but we don't order from this store thanks to Randy and his pizza swaps.

Forgot part of my order, and got upset i wanted it. When I went to get my food, i discovered the sandwich was smashed beyond recognition and littered with bits of foil mixed in. The paper was also open on both ends, so it went straight on the floor. I asked for a refund and was immediately sworn at, told off, and refused service for saying the food was inedible. Upon calling another store to report him, i learned the manager is a known POS. worst experience ever
