La Palma Mexican - Bellefontaine

Delicious. This place will always have a special place in my heart (and stomach lol). It was my late great aunts all time favorite place, and we always brought her her favorite meal when we visited her in the nursing home. She passed away last week, and we decided to have La Palma cater her celebration of life. They were able to accommodate our very large order, which is very special and helpful for our massive family. We also ate there this evening when we arrived in town (from Canada) and loved our meals. Thanks for being awesome!!

We came in the off hours and they were on top of everything. We put in a takeout order and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The staff were very nice and even grabbed some water for us while we were waiting. The food was solid about what you would expect from any Mexican restaurant.

Went there for Father's day, was charged twice. Called in and talked to the manager they said they have never charge people twice and did absolutely nothing to help me. Pretty much called me a liar on the phone. Flies everywhere while we were trying to eat as well. Since I have no been helped yet with this matter I will never go back. I have a screenshot of the double transaction they said never happened as well and it's posted with this review. Absolutely pathetic the way I was talked to and treated on the phone !!!.

My friend took me to La Palma and I couldn't wait to go back with my family.

It was okay. If you don't enjoy seasoned food and you enjoy bland this is the place for you.
