Stylish bar right at Frontenac, on the first level - next to the restaurant Sams Bistro with views of the Dufferin terrace. Good menu of cocktails and drinks; we had a drink called -OperationNeptune drink that was especially smoked with a torch). Must go on, or while you wait to sit on Sam. A great experience with hanging light decoration, real bird-presenting that it’s okay to sometimes freeze and let go’as told by one of the Frontenac Tour Guides.

This venue is perfect. The bar is beautiful and the cocktails were phenomenal. We had the Margarita, Jungle Bird, French Martini and 1608 and they were delicious. David, Jeremy, Claudia, Joey and the rest of the bar staff were fantastic. Interestingly all of the bar staff are certified bartenders and swap seamlessly between making drinks and serving tables. Music was great (1990-2000s mix) and at a low comfortable level. Charcuterie/cheese mixed board was delicious. A perfect experience! Highly recommended!

Get in line just before opening during busy times! Sit by the windows and watch the snow fall over the St Lawrence, or grab a comfy armchair by the fire. We sat at the bar and enjoyed the craft of the amazing bartenders. Lovely, unique cocktails. Do you like whisky? Do try the smoky Old Fashioned made with Eagle Rare. Or a dram of Caribou Crossing...you won't forget it!

This was an exquisite bar, and fit right in with the vibe of the beautiful hotel. All of the drinks were made to perfection. The martini was crisp and glassy, and the French 75 was probably the best one we’d ever tried. The signature drinks are impressive too, and if you sit at the bar you can watch the bartenders craft with a variety of techniques. The whole ambience of this place is fantastic, we came twice during our visit to QC

One of the best bars I was on. The cocktails are equipped with some of the best bars in the world. Book early try a place near the windows, overlooking the river. The drinks are strong, the cheese plates are all made from local ingredients from the area.
