Dunkin' - Belle Vernon

Used the drive through. Several cars ahead of me but the line moved fairly quick. Fresh hot coffee and donuts.

Drive through is just that. Quick service. Always pleasant people is my experience. Usually get the carmel iced coffee. Always great. Sweet enough but not too sweet.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 3 drinks, one was barely lukewarm and the other was completely wrong and disgusting.

I had ordered a bacon avocado toast through the mobile app. After I picked it up and went to work, I opened up the small box and it had just avocado on the toast.I called the Dunkin and told them about it. The manager credited me the bacon avocado toast for the next time I came it.I really appreciate the manager doing that for me.

I usually order online on my way to work, my order is always ready and accurate. Staff is always friendly.
