Subway - Belle Plaine

I have been to many Subway locations, but this particular one stood out for its cleanliness and organization. The staff, especially the friendly ladies preparing the sandwiches, did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

The women's restroom was not functioning and when my assistant tried to alert the young staff, they seemed to ignore her. This seemed like a safety concern as none of them bothered to investigate the issue in the restroom.

Whenever I visit this place, I always leave feeling satisfied. The store is very welcoming and tidy.

The food was good, never had bad experiences with the food. What ruined the experience at this location was the manager, Jonathan. He was very rude and dismissive to me and my family. I had ordered a steak and cheese and accidentally had called it a philly cheese steak which is what a steak and cheese is minus the veggies. I told him it was supposed to be a steak and cheese and he argued that it wasn 't, and that it was an item on the series menu. Then after we had been seated we were not given napkins and there are no napkins available in the store other than the ones behind the counter. Jonathan continued to give us some napkins after he said rudely said that there were napkins in the bag (that we were not given). He then got snippy with my dad after he had told jonathan that he had been acting rude to customers. Jonathan said that he did not care about [being rude to customers] it . He seems to be on a power trip.
