The customer service is still trash…. The employees Hold up the drive-through line so they can have better times at the window. So whatever time you’re getting from the window is not accurate because you can sit there and wait in line 5 to 20 minutes for a whopper… The girl in the drive-through doesn’t even say how you doing or nothing just hands You your food…. The manager here is obviously not training them how to do proper protocols…. So if the management and the team is giving a bonus based on the drive-through window time, it’s all fake and being rigged because they’re holding up the lines till they hand you. Ur food …. The manger obviously telling them to hold up lines so that window time is down
I was digusted price high food undercooked and bad service and is it just me or the whopper got smaller. HONESTLY THIS IS THE WORST TO GET FOOD ALSO HAD DIARRHEA ABOUT 30 MINS AFTER EATING MY STOMACH HAS BEEN HURTING
The impossible whopper was ok, the chicken fries were fresh and tasty,the order was fulfilled correctly but slowly, the restroom was clean but had no toilet paper
The staff is amazing at this location. I’ve never been a fan of Burger King however the staff at this location changed my mind. They put a smile on my face every time I stop in for a coffee on my way to work. The lady at the drive thru is so nice and sweet and the staff all look professional. They wear scarves that match and obviously the manager takes pride in the appearance of the employees.
