Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Bellaire

Good small shop that can be a little hard to get parking right after school, but the sorbet and ice is good and the staff very friendly.

Today I went to Menchie's and lo and behold, I was greeted by a warm, beyond helpful, LaShonda! Because I was not familiar with the process, she went through the request (strawberry yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries! I hope / trust LaShonda is so appreciated by your entity as I appreciate their concern, voluntary concern for my inquiry.

Disappoint. I'm here several times last year and it's getting worse. Few flavors. You have half the tables / chairs away. The outdoor dining area is not set up. Closes earlier than posted hours. It won't be back.

I went to Menchies in Bellaire on a Tuesday night at 9:05 a.m. and it should be open until 10 a.m., but it was closed. I was very disappointed because I drove from Pearland, which was a 25-minute drive. Menchies should do something about it?

I'm confused as to why I was asked to tip as part of my self service experience. I know lot of companies ask for tips now as a way to have the public off set paying their employees livable wages for the essential functions of their job which is a topic all in its own. But at a self serve place seems to be taking that to the extreme. Other than that, it was good frozen yogurt and I enjoyed it.
