You're forced to pay first. I ordered two items s double quarter pounder and 6 piece mcnugget. They sent me to wait 20 minutes in space #1 for 20 minutes while 6 cars behind me got their order. Poor service. They girl did say sorry about the wait. UPDATE 04/30/2022 : It's no better. I was sent to wait at space #3 and waited over 30 minutes. I walked inside to find out where my food is. The manager apologized saying they just can't keep up. How bout that?

Spent 10 minutes waiting in the outer drive thru track while car rolled in the inner track. they seem to have forgotten that they have 2 lanes. the store staff needs training and/or new management. if they have 2 lanes, they must remember that and not ignore one of them. I've moved somewhere else. update: this load has not improved. tonight. there were 10 cars in the 2 lane thru. waited 10 minutes to place the order. until then there were 4 cards in front of me. wait 15 minutes and not yet managed to pay into the first window. all drive thru parking lots were full so that I finally pulled out the line and left. twenty five minutes invested and abandoned. I don't know how this one stays in business.
