Mcdonald's - Belgrade

I went inside and the store layout was perplexing. They had self ordering screens on the left and even had a lavatory in which I could relieve myself. Sadly there was no place for me to shower but the flavor of toilet water proudly made up for that. It tasted similar to cherry and cleansed my pallet well after my meal. The employees were delightful as they were able to use smart phones to do their job. One of them was even using a vape disguised as an inhaler (quite brilliant if you ask me). Their burgers were perfect and I didn't mind the hint of semen in the ketchup. London (my home) does not have a place that could ever top this. My trip to the U.S.A will always be remembered because of this perfect example of what a five star restraunt should be. Thinking of moving here next year after my five year old graduates college.

This is by far the most horrific unAmerican restaurant in the entire valley. They do not accept cash anymore. They will not take your order. There is no customer service but there is plenty of time to be on their phones. Have their friends running in and out the front door and playing slap and Tickle.

This score goes directly to your associate Ashley who I witnessed being so rude to employees bullying them around while she stood there and did nothing. It was so disturbing I did not get my food because he wants to watch somebody bully their employees around and then just standing there doing nothing

Horrible service constantly. I never complain but I'm over this place. Everytime I go there I'm always told to park and wait for my food... seriously everytime. The workers are always talking to each other or on their phones instead of helping customers. You wait forever to be helped even when it's slow because people these days don't have common courtesy. You'd think waiting 10 to 15 minutes for your order it would be hot? Nope. Very bad customer service !!!

They have you pull all the way around and give you your food outside no matter what even though they have three drive through windows
