The food was fantastic and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. I will definitely return. However, I discovered that the owners keep most of the servers' tips, taking more than half of what they earn in a day. I don't agree with that practice. Maybe next time I'll give a gift instead of a tip so it doesn't have to be claimed. Despite this issue, I will return for the food, but perhaps I'll opt for takeout orders instead.

The food at this restaurant reminds me of the pho I tried in Da Nang, Vietnam five years ago. It is incredibly delicious. The egg roll is crispy and satisfying, even my 4-year-old enjoyed it. The Bernicelli is also excellent. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect score of 5.

We were in Bozeman for just one night and ordered take out from here. Pho chicken noodles and their vegetarian spring rolls, it was amazing. Very flavorful broth. And their chilly oil is no joke. It's SUPER HOT even for someone like me who actually loves hot food. Have to say this is one of the flavorful Pho I had. Way better that what I get in Austin. I took a take out order there was small mix up with the order but the did correct it. They were really nice and corrected the order when I went back. Definitely recommend. Vegetarian options: They had vegetarian options in their menu(tofu)
