Marisquería Cangrejo Rojo Belén

A quick stop on our way to the airport. So, so much better than expected. We had the calamari (pictured), paella, fish sandwich, and chicken rice. All excellent! We finished off with tres leches, an absolute delight. The fruit smoothies were spectacular. Immaculate, prompt service, great food. What else can you ask for?

This is an absolute gem! The hospitality was great. We were fortunate to meet the owner and he was great. The upstairs is magical and is amazing. Very cool place.

The Mediterranean Ceviche was excellent. The rojo sea bass special was also excellent but I wish I'd known to ask for sweet plantains instead of fried green plantains. The chicken tenders were surprisingly good, stringy thin chicken pieces; now the wife wants me to figure out how to make them like that.

Looking for a quick bite near the airport and it was AMAZING, went beyond my expectations and left everyone satisfied. Great fries and fried seafood.

Great little spot. The whole snapper was great (my girlfriend gave me a little bit of hers) and the stuffed patacones with shrimp was very delicious.
