Sonic Drive-in - Belen

If you had people that actually wanted to work! I know just about every place on Los Lunas needs help! Buuut I went there for onion rings but just like lately they didn't have them! If y'all need someone to make them I use to work there in high school I'm 53 and I still remember how to make them! Hire me on the weekends and make them up for y'all week at time! I miss those onion rings that's the best thing about sonic to me anyway!

I hate to say this, but the staff at this restaurant are incredibly rude and short-spoken. I placed an online order and waited nearly two hours for it. When it was finally brought out to me, it was incorrect and cold. After asking for a remake, it was still made incorrectly. Another time, I waited 45 minutes at the drive-thru window for a shake and pretzel, only to receive a burnt pretzel.

This place is so slow. Waited in the drive thru line for over 32 minutes. I find myself asking why is there even a drive thru when A these guys are as slow as they are and B they aren't fast enough to need a drive thru window. Fast food is meant to be quick, not half an hour+. Most of my trips to the grocery store have been quicker.

I would give this Sonic zero stars if I could. This location is usually out of most items or the wait is extremely long. Today it was the long wait that was the issue. I placed a app order for a drink and ice cream, but after waiting 20 minutes in the stall, the order never came out. After pushing the button, the staff finally informed me they only had 2 cooks working. I decided to cancel the order as it was a waste of time.

This is the worst Sonic I have ever been to. I waited at a stall for 25 minutes with no service, then went to the drive-thru and waited another 20 minutes. Employees were sitting in their vehicles smoking marijuana. The employees inside were sitting on the counters laughing and joking. This store was a disaster and should be closed down. Everyone working there should be fired and replaced.
