The delivery was terrible. It was delayed and everything arrived cold. The burger fell apart. The manager keeps making excuses, saying it's just delivery. Everyone's mood is ruined. I have no desire to order from this place again.

I always ordered rolls from this place and had no complaints; the food was delicious, and the timing was usually fine. However, today they stood out for all the wrong reasons. My order was 15 minutes late, considering it takes a maximum of an hour to prepare. Out of the three pizzas, none of them were hot, and the mushrooms were just canned sliced champignons—at least they could have hidden them with some cheese. The baked rolls were also cold, and we ordered for three people but only received enough sauce for two. This ruined our dinner.

This is not my first time ordering from this restaurant, and I am very disappointed. We will not be ordering here again. The rice was undercooked and everything was made carelessly. Sometimes the rolls are just pure rice. I won’t even mention the French fries; we threw them out immediately. I don’t understand how one can have such little respect for customers. Do you even check the orders before handing them over? We received a clump of undercooked, soggy fries dripping with oil, and the pizza had raw dough!

Not tasty at all; we ordered set 22.
