Awesome spot in the middle of the bush. Apparently it’s been there since the 80s so there is a lot to see. The service is excellent and they make the best pap and kaings potjie I’ve ever had. What an amazing experience, watching the Rugby game South Africa vs Portugal. This is such a unique place, a vibe and atmosphere you can't replicate. The building was used in a South African advertisement for Oil in the 1990's and everywhere people wrote their names. Should you ever find yourself in the in Mabalingwe do yourself a favor spend some time here, have an RnR and eat a basket. Will definitely visit you guys again. THANKS!

A rare find in the middle of the nature reserve. It's an old movie set and was used for TV ads way back. Great for photos and the chips/fries are the best. And there were buck right outside the gate. Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chips

Horrible. Food is bland and dry. Pizza was terrible. Basket was terrible. Absolutely no service at all. No trash cans so eventually our table looked like a mountain and I had to take everything into the pub to throw away. Constant hard music, impossible to sit inside as the music is simply to loud. Bathrooms are also nothing to write home about. Have seen public restrooms in better condition. This place will NEVER see my again. Price per person: R 100–150
