Tgi Fridays - Bel Air

The good: The restaurant was not busy, we were greeted and seated quickly. Our waitress did a good job getting our drinks and appetizers and our dinners came out quickly. The bad: my husband ordered the broccoli slaw with his meal. He took one bite and knew it was spoiled, it smelled like sour milk to me. We told the waitress and the response she got from the kitchen was that it was probably just the smell of the vinegar. Definitely not. She also said she told her manager and she offered to bring my husband another side which he declined. I had ribs with a side of jasmine rice and elote. After taking a bite or two of my rice I noticed something shiny which turned out to be a piece of aluminum foil. When our waitress came back to the table with our check I showed her the aluminum foil. She apologized and said she was going to tell the manager, but that she didn't even know how that could possibly happen since the rice comes in individual packages. After speaking to her manage she came back to the table to get our check. I was shocked that up to this point the manager didn't take the opportunity to come and speak to us directly, there was also no offer made to credit any part of our meal. Manager immediately started making excuses about the spoiled salad but he couldn't explain the foil. He said that he left it up to the waitress to make it right but in all honesty, she seemed like she may have been new and was just repeating information to us that she was being told. Not one penny was deducted from our check for the food we couldn't eat. The manager offered us a credit to come back later which I declined. We won't be returning.

I was a little disappointed in the pretzel sticks appetizer...they were a little burnt but still good...and my whisky sampler. The shrimp and ribs were very good except they bread the shrimp with tails on so beware. The chicken however was way overcooked and very dry. The excuse was training a new fry cook, but they should have taken it off my bill. I also tried the new Ocean Oasis drink which was really good. Don't forget to join the new updated rewards app! I ordered some food for pick up from the Belair TGI Fridays and it was astonishing on the lack of quality control. The steak I had gotten was either steamed or just very poorly cooked and had no seasoning at all not even salt. The appetizer had stale chips and a quarter sized amount of cheese in the middle of it. The side salad that my girlfriend was going to eat never made it into the bag so that was missing. The ribs and wings were leathery and over cooked or just old. This all for the low price of $70.

Food has definitely gone downhill. My friend got the potato skins and they were hard. I got a whiskey burger with no whiskey. Fries were cold. The server was nice. Did you like your food?

Went there for dinner last night, was very disappointed from the start. Had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seated which I can understand but then the host tried to seat people that came in after us. She had forgotten we were waiting, she definitely did not seem to understand what she was doing. She was all over the place with trying to seat people. Then once we got to our table it was dirty and had stuff all under the table as well. The menu was very disappointing, not much to offer and way overpriced. I tried the jack whiskey chicken which did not taste well at all. We finished up since we had already ordered and started to eat but with how much we spent there we will not be going back.
