Red Robin Bel Air

I visited this restaurant on Mother's Day with a good friend, and we only had to wait about 15 minutes. Our waitress was attentive and friendly; she offered great suggestions for popular dishes. I chose the Cajun Salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered a margarita, which was expertly crafted. I don't know who was behind the bar that day, but they did an outstanding job. The food arrived quickly, and our waitress made sure we had plenty of biscuits. I would definitely come back to this location again!

Delicious food. Courteous and awesome wait staff. Nice atmosphere and quiet... quick and good! No long wait to sit, no long wait for the food. BEST steak ever and the lobster was soooo good . Pretty clean bathrooms! ??

The food was outstanding. Miss Nikki was incredibly organized; we had a party of over 15 people, and she meticulously attended to all our needs and wishes, along with her new staff member. Everything was prepared just as we ordered, and nothing was overlooked. Excellent job!

The service was disappointing. The waitress only brought us a plate of cookies, and when the basket was empty, we expected her to bring more, but that didn’t happen. When my son accidentally spilled my drink, I cleaned it up myself before my main course arrived. The wet napkins were left on a plate at the end of the table, and she didn’t even bother to pick them up. I had to ask her to take them away, and instead of assisting me, she just asked if I wanted to change my drink.

I went with my son at the top of the moment. We dictated and as always it was a pleasant enough experience. The service was great, but there were not many people at that time. The waitress was friendly and patient and made our culinary experience great. My son has food restrictions and tries to get something he can eat without getting sick was difficult. However, our waitress was most patient and could even offer suggestions.
