Contribuiți la feedbackWe stayed here on the way from sagres to lissabon and were so happy that we did. that was so beautiful and our lunch was delicious. we had our two children with us (3 and 8 years old) and the staff was very friendly and...after them. the restaurant has a special menu for children that was a beautiful note. eating was colorful and inventive, but still very accessible.
We had a group of 6 and we had an absolutely fabulous experience. first we toured through the farm and learned a lot about the varieties and agricultural methods. next we toured through the production area and again we had a very well informed...explaining the methods used to make the various weeping. it followed a tasting that was very helpful. after tasting we enjoyed an excellent 3-course lunch with wine. the food was presented very well, very tasteful and extremely pleasant from the whole party. the workers were all very, very helpful and charming. it was a great success and we will return!
Very nice quiet restaurant inside the winery complex. Nice setting. Good food and they can do a wine tasting at the restaurant table. Overall very good. Food excellent and well presented. Two drawbacks. Signage to find the winery is practically non-existant and not a lot...of help from the website. Road from the IP2 is difficult to find. Large signs in each direction on the main road would be helpful. The only signs are off the main road and very easy to miss. Despite ± 20% Europeans being vegetarian this restaurant, like so many others, does not care about vegetarian customers. Nothing on the menu at all. They can, of course, provide a vegetarian dish. But why should I have a choice of one dish when other diners have a host of options ? Not acceptable. And then to serve up risotto of all things. Be serious. Risotto ? That is the most inspirational vegetarian dish you can come up with. Virtually all restaurants that do not care about vegetarians serve risotto. You can do better than that.
It is clear from the menu and the food presentation that malhadinha wants to be a chic place worthy of a Michelin mention. but we found the overall experience rather disappointing. the eating was actually well presented in the well and well, although there are no aromas that put it apart, and additionally the experience was really spoiled by many small things that show that the restaurant personal is not ready for malhadinha a trip worth. the place is entirely out of the way, with dirty road and everything, and as we do not take the labor and go back. here are some of the smaller ones that disturbed us, and that we are not used to find in higher end restaurants: we have mentioned directly after the arrival that there are no more handcuffs in the baths, when we were later left none of the place is small, and in this type of restaurant remembers a waiter in the rule, who ordered what we had a few more with a child, but the waiter
The pousada Convento reception in beja recommended this restaurant very recommend, it was a good recommendation, as we would probably not have discovered it ourselves. first the ambiente. almost enough to say that it was a quiet, pleasant land in a weingut. with glass walls that weep on the garden immediately outside, where chews. the service was very attentive, timely and effective. the cuvert had fresh from the rolls, olive oil, salt and butter. we had three courses. an appetizer of makrele and a plant caviar, the calfslaune and calfskeleton and two desserts a coward and the other a strawberry/amond cake. we were warned that the deserts would last up to 15 minutes to make a nice break to enjoy our wine. all were well prepared, well presented with great aromen. a bottle of her very good red wine has filled it. note that this restaurant is in the fine dining corner and that comes with a price, but for the quality of the dishes is not from the line with other fine restaurant. after lunch, one of the winzers gave us a tour through the estate, explained their winemaking process and educated three weepings made beautiful for tasting.
