Al Dente - Beirut

The food was beyond excellent. Probably the best tuna tartare I’ve had in my life. The truffle orecchiette were also amazing. The service was great.

Excellent restaurant. I was quite impressed with the service as well as the food and presentation. Seeing as though the hotel is not exactly new and has a kind of traditional vibe to it, I was extremely impressed not only with the service, but also the way the food was presented which was very sophisticated and appetizing. The food was absolutely delicious, everything we had was excellent, we were not disappointed with a single thing. The chairs are not extremely comfortable if you’re sitting on the metal table and chairs at the rooftop but you can always move to the couch/lounge section afterward.

Indoor restaurant located on the 1st floor of the beautiful and cosy Albergo boutique 5 stars hotel. The room of the restaurant has beautiful design and decoration from the 1930s (which is the same for the rest of the hotel located in a building from that period). The cuisine is excellent. When we were there, there were only two tables with people (maybe because it was in the summer) but we enjoyed it a lot.

If you want the perfect Italian Meal the best humble accommodating professional service all at a reasonable price in a great stratosphere this is where you should go. The restaurant reinvented the restaurant industry in Lebanon in the early 1990's after the civil war and happily retained its quality status through the years.....on replying to my question on why are you not full on a Saturday night.....the reply was that we are very popular with the high elite Arabs and like all of us, the Al Dente, are waiting for their return to Lebanon.....hopefully soon....

A classy restaurant with very nice interior. Nice decoration. I like the ambiance. They have great italian food. Amazing menu selection. Staff are professional. Service is great.
