Whataburger - Beeville

1st time at this location debbi at the register was amazing she was taking orders delivering food and cleaning tables she repeat our order and got it correct my son doesn't like tomatoes we usually ask for no tomatoes and they always add them not hereamazing and the young man in this picture i didn't get his name he deliver our food and offer us condiments for our hamburgerhigh recommen this location it's was pretty busy they did great.

Came to say that I didn?t catch a name, but I had the absolute sweetest person ever deliver my curbside order this evening. Her compliments and smile made my entire evening a heck of a lot brighter. Also props for having a positive attitude and then goingabove and beyond.. the drive-thru was backed up crazy far, there was a steady stream of people in and out of the walk-incounter, and the whole place just seemed generally hectic. The whole team seemed to be handling it really well, though. Thekindness I got with my order (the raspberry shake is incredible btw) was absolutely worth the wait!

It was all good. The service, the food was delicious. The manager who took my order was nice and I asked for good ???? because the last few times it was like half an order of cold soggy ????. I got a full order of fresh hot fries. It was busy but I got myorder pretty quick. Thanks for the good dinning experience Whataburger.

Let me tell you why I gave this staff 5 stars. I drove up ordered forgot my card. Asked if they were set it on warmers came back 15 mins later and they let me and my son into the closed lobby no problem. A Hispanic kid lighter with glasses probably no olderthan 17 was so kind to us and gave us our food fresh and even apologized. I assured him it was my fault. He told us to have awonderful night ???????? I'm so impressed despite all this the food was fresh hot and delicious still. Thank you for making myday. Edit: this was during an AWFUL rush. It's so rare to see people being understanding and kind not wanting anything inreturn. I hope someone sees this to give this kid a pat on the back. The other staff seemed on it too. Very nice!

The food is hot and fresh. My only complaint is how slow the drive-thru line moves. Could be better and faster, especially when you?re trying to just get dinner quick and head home for the night. Other than that the staff is usually very nice, food isdelicious.
