We ordered at the drive thru today and revived the best service! The gentleman taking the order was thorough and attentive, and even made a recommendation as to which sauce to have on a particular sandwich. The sandwiches were made to order and so tasty. We always get great service here, but today was top notch. Thank you!
I know fast food is stressful. And your told to go super fast. But it you get nothing right than how fast are you truly going.Asked for double meat... NopeAsked for lettuce... NopeAsked for vinaigrette on the side...nopeThe 11 and 18 are both 2x cheese... Nah not today..Oh we'll fix it. They said.So I have to pay a taxi to get it and pay for the taxi so you can undo your mistakeInstead of going a little slower but making it right.

Only read through this lengthy review if you actually care about the food and service you get at this Subway. I would ordinarily give this place a 5+ and have told people why I like going there. They are USUALLY terrific, helpful, and friendly. I (used to go there every Sunday after church and frequently when I 'm on that side of town. I 'm a very picky vegetarian so I ask for clean gloves and a clean knife every time. As I am there so often they automatically go for that clean knife and change their gloves. That 's why I go there I don 't have to explain myself every time. (I 'm so thankful for their good service that I ALWAYS add a good tip when I check out and I 've even taken to leaving Sonic gift cards for every employee every Christmas. They know I 'm a veggie, and know what kind of bread I 'll ask for, etc. I 've often left good reviews via their receipt. Time before last I could get very little on my sandwich as there was an assortment of onions and meat in the different containers. When I mentioned to the young lady who was making my sandwich that I usually have that item but it has meat dropped in it or that item but it has onions dropped in it... the girl just stared at me and waited for me to say what else I wanted. This lack of concern was what motivated me to leave a negative review that time with the clear comment that the foods are not usually mixed up. I got an email back from the owner/manager addressing my concerns. That was really decent, I thought. Well, I stopped in for lunch yesterday. The guy making my sandwich who 's usually so friendly was very 'cold '. Before he said hello he made a very big show of looking very carefully in each container and then did not say his usually hello or even look at me. Unfortunately there WAS meat in the cheese I get. I pointed it out to him and asked for a different cheese. Instead of giving me the other cheese he reached in and grabbed a fistful of the cheese that had the offending piece of meat in it and made a point of showing me he was throwing it away. The rest of the process was stone cold service. Then and there I decided they would never again get my support in my comments to friends or my regular lunches there. I 'm kicking myself now that I did not save my receipt so that my review would go to the owner/manager rather than Yelp where the world would see it. But I 'd did throw it away and I am dismayed about the way I was treated, thus this very public review for the Subway on hwy 59 heading out of Beeville, Texas.
