zambezes cafe - Beenleigh

My partner and I went to this cafe and had a disappointing experience. We were seated in a corner stand seat and our drinks tasted strange. When I asked the lady for a different juice, she initially refused. After insisting, she eventually agreed to change it. The breakfast we ordered was also not the best. Additionally, there was a leak in the roof that left my partner's pants wet. When I brought this up to a staff member with blonde hair and thick eyeliner, she dismissively responded that they were aware of the leak. I found her response to be rude and inappropriate. The manager, with dark hair, tried to pass off the issue by claiming there was a sign warning customers about the leak. However, we did not see any such sign and felt neglected as we sat there for an hour. Overall, I was very disappointed by the lack of customer service and poor condition of the restaurant. My partner, who suffers from depression and anxiety, was especially affected by the experience. I had to drive 30 minutes home with wet pants, which added to my frustration. I believe that if a restaurant cannot provide good customer service, they should not be in business.

My man, my daughter and I had on Friday, October 1st, 2021 to eat in zambezes at lunchtime. the coffees were excellent and came as ordered and in good time. the burgers and chips were delicious and the suppe excellent. the prices were very reasonable. the cafe staff, including. the owner, was friendly and helpful. I recommend this caffe.

Service of worst business owners ever! not gott! I'm here this morning to meet a friend of mine for breakfast. I was there 40 minutes earlier my laptop had to catch on a few business emails. I asked if I could be close to a power point. was directed by the owners on a table with a power point. put my laptop in, ordered and paid for a coffee. coffee was delivered by waitress, had a swallow. the owner then went over to me, stood over me and said to me, “This is not an office.” I explained for the second time that I met a friend of the breakfast, in which she would arrive at about 35 minutes. he said, “You have half an hour, then you have to go.” I was surprised by his, please. he went back to his seat and continued to tell me about the room, to go! I asked if I could finish my coffee. his words “No, you have to go now, I give you your money back”! a terrible behavior of the owners!

The staff was cold and unwilling. ordered 2 large breakfast, orange juice and a coffee and the total amount was $54 I feel that this price was far too expensive. eating was nice, but not worth $54

I come here every week and love the value and service! People need to get over the Manager!! she is great and it's just the way she is and I love it : , and if you happen to get a hair in your food which...happens everywhere, just pick it up and throw it out..
