Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I may have confused the order-taker with my long-winded compliments, but I was trying to praise her. She was the most efficient and friendly McDonald's order-taker I've encountered in a while. The food was also very fresh (thanks to the kitchen staff!), and the girl at the second window was also very friendly. Now I wish I lived in Beenleigh so I could visit this McDonald's again.

I have had some questionable experiences at this restaurant in the past, but last week it was evident that the staff was extremely friendly and quick to deliver our order. It is important to have prompt service! No one enjoys waiting with three complaining kids in the back seat. I was very pleased with the service.

Beligh mcdonald’s long time has been considered a place that does not take into account for customers with their lack of sensibilisation preparation skills. each employee (most part) come together and offer a friendly welcome for their customers. but they simply do not seem to judge with decisions that are convenient for their customers. one of my games are recent, I waited 20 or so minutes for a mcflurry, while people who have ordered after me (just wait in the line behind me) got their full family meal before me. Not one customer, not two, but three customer orders were collected before me. one of the employees even approached me after asking what mcflurry wanted. poor form beligh mcdonald’s.

It is good to see the personal laugh and have fun, which means they enjoy their job. but not great for going through when they place an order and they push it into the waiting bay to make this speed faster. then they go out the meal..walk away without reception. and then when they have checked their order and realize that they have missing items they have to get out of their car now they are stuck in the bay.lock their car, so no one steal it and go inside and ask them for these items. with a story about it! really defeats the point of passing. this type of things to get the order right is a big problem in our junior generation and drive through s. no one cares and still I am a crowd short.

Mcdonalds is mcdonalds wherever you go. the only difference is the level of the service. I personally found staff at this mcd, very pleasant and helpful to be ready to smile
