Subway - Beebe

I came in the other day and ordered my food. The lady at the checkout charged me for the persons behind me along with my own. 30$ worth of food that wasnt mine. Instead of offering a refund, she handed me 2 cards for a free 6'inch sub. I went to use acard today and they told me I couldn't. Asked where I got them, I said I got them here and explained to the lady why I got them.Still said I couldn't use them. That I needed to purchase a 25$ dollar gift card to use the card I was given. No where on thecard did it say that. She just didn't want me to get a free sandwhich. Very, very annoyed with the whole team. I will never goback to that subway. What a rip off. ???? Walmart subway is way better!

Today which is July 25th, 2022 we had a bad experience with the 2 workers that were there. There was still 20 minutes until closing time and they had already locked the doors on us and on top of that ignored us and wouldn't even look at us. They closedearly and is causing Subway to miss out on sales they could have made if they just weren't too lazy and decided to work thehours they are suppose to work and stay open the correct hours too! The two young workers that were there were very rude and didnot make a good representation for Subway.

The ladies behind the counter were polite and engaged. We had a big order and they flew together in teamwork. Our sandwiches were delicious and carefully presented. All cookies are soft and tasty. The atmosphere is clean and organized.

I have a food allergy, and I'm always Leary the subway for cross-contamination. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped me today, but he deserved all 5 stars. He went out to keep my food from cross-contamination. We also had a great order and everything was perfect. recommend this subway!

The worker was not polite! She was just rushing me and ignoring the fact I said I had 3 sandwiches and then my son was gonna order! And kept asking my son what he wanted even though I hadn't ordered my 3 yet! Not good customer friendly service at all. But the young girl was sweet and polite! Service: Take out
