Bahama Buck's Bee Cave

I had to give one star but if I was able to give 0, I would. I love snow cones, in fact, they are my favorite dessert. So, obviously, Bahama Bucks is usually my first choice for a sweet treat- not anymore. I walked in last night a good while before close, so it’s not like I walked in 5 minutes before they shut things down, I would understand a sloppy job if it was right before close but it wasn’t, which is where my disappointment stems from. Anyways, I ordered a simple peach cobbler snow cone and I specifically requested the cream topping to only be on top, and for just a light drizzle of it. I leave a tip and wait on my treat. What I am handed is a 3/4 of the way filled, baby sized slush. Alls good, a little extra syrup never hurt anyone. But here’s the kicker, 2 of the 3 quarters of the snow cone was cream. That means I paid almost 7 dollars plus a tip for a cup of cream with a drizzle of slush. I’m not one to complain but playing with my money like that is not funny and has really shifted my view on this establishment. I feel like the employees don’t really care about the quality or quantity of the product I’m paying for which is why I will no longer be visiting this place. Very dissatisfied, especially since this isn’t the first time this has happened, which shows that I can’t trust this place to deliver quality treats.

I come here often and tend to get more ice than actual syrup in the snow cone. It's sad that many of these places are asking for tips but can't complete the task at hand and that's to do their jobs.

I had a terrible set of experiences here. I visited this store with my family and they didn't have shave ice... imagine that, a shave ice store that doesn't have shave ice. This place is filthy, my niece had to roll her wheelchair through dead bees and syrup because the can't be bothered to clean. I found the service to be just as bad.

Delicious snow to flavouring ratio, interesting toppings, and unique concept. Bahama Buck’s is a great place to get your snowcones.

Filthy dirty! Those are the only two words that come to mind when I visit Bahama bucks in bee cave. I've had to wipe down my own tables on numerous occasions, bathrooms are disgusting, garbage cans are ALWAYS overflowing! This place is obviously very poorly managed. The employees are all young and seem to be working hard so that's why I blame the management. We love the shaved ice but unfortunately we are done with this place!!
