Taylor and holmes caffe is a nice caffe; with large service. they test 24/7 service and if it goes well, they stay open. they have coffee and cake offers, and many opportunities to make it affordable for employees and customers.

It took about 15 minutes to toast a roll. Very Understaffed and overly priced.

Great coffee, I work at FMC and this is definitely my Go-To spot with my team and default for informal meetings/catch-ups. Would like to see more food options but the juices and cold brew are nice additions

I made a large take away order for a meeting within the hospital. I called 45 minutes ahead. When I arrived I walked in to the staffs disgruntled comments about the order they were preparing (mine). When I approached the counter I was greeted with “so your the guy who placed this order you’re so rude”. I was apologetic and the staff seemed to calm down.I have no problem with the coffee I prefer it over the alternate options around. However I was disappointed with the interaction. As someone who makes regular orders for meetings I will consider going elsewhere from now.

Firstly wasn't happy with the customer service,they were not friendly at all, or helpful,Thier food was absolutely disgusting and overpriced, and they forgot my ham and cheese focaccia which was absolutely revolting, whatever sauce it had was gross and I couldn't eat because it had a foul after taste,not happy at all! I will never ever give them my money again as it was wasted,if I could give less than 1 star I would.I do not recommend
