Came by to get some beef cheeks for a Sunday cook up.

What a find this place turned out to be. 31 people booked and came at the same time. Caused havoc in the kitchen. Some people were getting their lunch so late other had eaten and were leaving which is a shame when that happens. BYO and no corkage fee. Staff running off their feet willingly.

A lazy saturday morning driving up Beaufort Street and saw this place whilst attempting to turn around to go back to the City. Good thing I turned here! A butcher and bistro! So my partner and myself decided we'll give it a go. Best decision. As we walked in you notice the organic meats ranging from beef cheek to cured meats. We decided on breakky. Waffles with maple bacon and candied pistachios and other goodies for the missus and breakky plate for myself which was sausages and bacon from the shop with eggs tomatos mushrooms hashbrown and toast. We were informed it was from the chefs new menu. We hsd a very quick wait before a piping hot meal was delivered to us and didn't disappoint either. Tasty as! We will be back to try other goodies but also to pickup some of that beef cheek and pork belly!

Have been there twice now in 9 days.It is a butchery and bistro according to them, but take the bistro with a pinch of salt.If you are a meat lover, YOU WILL ENJOY this place.We had Rib Eye on the bone medium rare, and boy was it good.You can bring your own wine or beer.It is a butcher shop that sells organic meats and has some 24 seats available to enjoy.We can't wait to get back there next week. Go there before everyone finds out and they get too busy. They only opened there just before Christmas.Real value for money

The service at this restaurant is fantastic and they use very high quality ingredients. The mince, sausages, tallow, and house-smoked goods are all delicious, but my favorite so far has been the pies! As someone who is gluten-free, it can be difficult to find good quality food, but the gluten-free pies here are amazing. The pastry is flaky and crispy, and the filling with fresh herbs, veggies, and meat (chicken or beef) has great flavor. I give it a 10/10 for being such good value. I am recommending Paddock and Farm to nearly everyone I know!
