Contribuiți la feedbackNot sure what the situation was, but last week our supplier couldn't get it together. first he wrote that he would be there at 7:30, then at 730 he said oh no I didn't say I was there at 7 (it is in a text) but he says "I will be there in 10 minutes." I child, he doesn't call back 1 hour later and says he can't make it. the type calls at 830 clocks at night! I’m like “You just said you’re here in 10 minutes!” he tells us he'll come on Monday. hasn't heard a word from anyone since. it sounds silly, but my son just wants his confetti tassen! we traveled to the usa for my job and I never had such a problem with wan. I do not recommend at all! with all pick-up and delivery places available, further! terrible customer service!
As a first-time customer, I placed an order two weeks ago that was scheduled to arrive via UPS four days ago. I opted to pay $9.99 for expedited shipping, but the order has still not arrived. I have spoken with four different representatives in the past few days. The first representative assured me that the order would arrive "today," but it did not. The second representative informed me that the order was still sitting in the camp in Bedford and could not provide an explanation as to why. I continued to call back for more information, but received contradictory answers from each representative. They all agreed that the order was in a "maintained" state at the camp, which is 45 minutes away from my home, however, they could not explain the delay. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service.
Jason is fantastic! He is always on time, courteous, and professional. Every Friday, he sends updates and delivers delicious food. The chicken tenders are crispy, the ice cream sandwiches are fresh, and the fish patties have a unique triangular shape with a squared top. They taste great with HUNT'S ketchup. Additionally, they offer pre-cooked barbecue spare ribs that I like to season and add my own barbecue sauce to before cooking.
I am not sure what happened, but last week our delivery person seemed to be very disorganized. Initially, he texted saying he would arrive around 7, but at 7:30 he claimed he never said that (despite it being in a text) and then said he would be there in 10 minutes. However, he called back an hour later to say he couldn't make it. This was at 8:30 at night! I reminded him that he had just said he would arrive in 10 minutes. He promised to come on Monday but we haven't heard anything since. My son just wants his confetti cups and we have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism with Schwan before. I do not recommend this service at all. There are many other pick-up and delivery options available, so I suggest looking elsewhere. This was a terrible experience with customer service.
The food at Swans is decent, but the main issue is the delivery time. They need to improve their unloading process or have someone on standby to ensure timely deliveries. As delivery drivers, we rely on efficiency to maximize our earnings. When delays occur despite our efforts to deliver on time, it is frustrating. However, the staff at Swans are polite and helpful, making it a decent place to work overall.
