Pizza Hut - Bedford

Bad running pizza hat. They are either under staff or management is not important. At several times over the delivery time. Waited after two hours.

Order at 7:40 pm was advised delivery would not have arrived 8:10 pm food until 9:20 after 6 times. No excuse was cold. Note the location is 2.2 miles from my house a 5-minute drive to be exact. I paid $5 delivery fee and prepaid $5 tip. I'll never order from this place again.

We ordered delivery, and our pizza arrived cold. It wasn't fully cooked either—the cheese was barely melted, and the crust was undercooked, causing it to fall apart.

I placed an order at 4:42 PM, and it took about an hour to arrive. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with one of the pizzas; both ended up being Pepperoni, which I can’t eat due to heartburn and acid reflux. I called the restaurant, and they offered to replace it or give me a credit, so I opted for a replacement. An hour later, I still hadn't received the pizza, so I called again and found out it was still in the oven. Now, half an hour later, I'm still waiting for my pizza! The only reason I’m giving two stars is that the food we did receive was good for my husband. But honestly, it’s been over two hours, and I'm starving!

Wasn't happy with the pizza. I didn't like the taste. No zest to the sauce, pizza had no flavor. Pizza tase like butane or whatever chemical the pizza oven uses.Im so tired of this no contact delivery, when I didn't choose no contact deliver...I want my pizza handed to me..not left on the ground at my door. I always leave a good tip. It's just unacceptable. Unsatisfied!
