Papa Johns Pizza - Bedford

I'm nice with two stars. I swear, these kids are here as if they hate their jobs. It sounds so rude when you say it is. Then come to the window and there is no personality no interaction with the customer. They just give you the bag, don't even tell you that you don't have a good day.

Smelled burned and no idea what the deal is with the crust on the pizza! Dry and over boiled, but still tastes like undercooked dough! Be in hand for 20 minutes and that's way too long to call and complain! I'll call tomorrow, this is ridiculous. This is the last time we order very long. That was my way to pizza place, but not anymore!

Careful order pickup from this place. Do not control the order and once I have not checked for myself, I get this uncooked pizza – these are no chickens, their undercooked cheese and flour pastry. Does not seem that “bad” in the picture perhaps, but if you see it, its definitely noticeable

THE WORLD Papa! John's EVER. Can't order properly, delivery takes FOREVER, we live 10 minutes from the place and it has 45 plus minutes only to deliver. Food usually comes cold. Order is usually wrong. They're trying to make things right, but they're throwing it up. It's cool that they do as if they care, but instead of putting a bandaid on the problem, fix it.

First and foremost I would like to apologize to the staff of this specific papa johns. I had placed an order to my job instead of my house on accident and they drove the extra mile going outside of their delivery radius to give me my pizza after I told them what had happened. The order was $20 but I gave them a $50 and told them to keep the change. They deserve it after that drive. Papa johns for life. Safe to say I won’t make the same mistake again
