Customer service sucks here! Manager was so great! The food is so. Food: 2/5
Yesterday we got pizza. The young lady always said they had no pizza. The menu. Asked for extra best thin crust she said was not able to place the order. She was not properly trained, so not her fault.. everything we tried to order her could not do or place. Unacceptable for management to leave someone not trained to help customers.
Not really hot and LEADY when every time I show up, you have nothing to go. It seems to be a management problem in this place. Go on a few minutes and go to the Hurst site. Much better service.
The staff has always been helpful and attentive. I never have a problem with this location.Service: 5/5
