Crystal Dining Room At Bedford Springs

The menu for silvester was wonderful and cooked for perfection. the room is very bright. that all walls were covered with b-w archiw photos, makes the space more austere. two or three walls that would cover and rotate in the way of a historical exhibition would be more interesting and allow other objects to be displayed in the resort archives. the service was good- not excessively attentive, but at need present without asking. extensive wine selection at the top end.

Our server was very friendly and outgoing, from special knowledge and the entire menu. there was a high time over us, which strengthened the sound in the room (the chandelier shook) and the bar got super behind drinks due to the high time. we waited for our food, but when it came, it was quite delicious. dessert was also delicious. our reservation was around 20 o'clock, and we didn't expect to spend almost 2 hours in the evening meal, as we did not get out of the restaurant until 9:45 o'clock. but we have made the best of it because it was our jubilee dinner. without a high-time recipe happening above, I am sure that the experience is much different and more from a gentle ambiente, so that we too.

Do not dive here when it is a high time up. Lamps and cover in the restaurant vibrated due to the incredibly loud music that plays in a high-time reception above. Of course, this did not make a pleasant and relaxing culinary experience.

That was delicious. kellner was friendly and attentive.

We love going to the Springs for special occasions, birthday, anniversary, just to feel special. We were there on 12/03/2022 for a birthday, which was noted on our reservations, but was not acknowledged. We had prawns for appetizers, they were delicious, the pear salad was really good, my partner had never had it and he was impressed. He got the pappardele (pasta) with tomato's, mushrooms, spinach and fresh made pasta noodles. He thought it was very good. I had the filet; I like medium rare and it was done perfectly. I liked the way it was served. The asparagus was a surprise and it was prepared just right. We got the sphere for dessert, WOW! Our server Liz was outstanding, very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. There was a wedding going on up above us and it was very loud. You almost had to yell across the table to get them to hear. The cost was pretty much for what we ordered. The bottle of wine was great. Would I recommend the Crystal Dinning room to a friend? Probably just make early reservations. We are going to try the pub next time.
