That is a jewel of a country pubs. more friendly renter serving both drinks and eating. the atmosphere is cozy and relaxing. the food was excellent as the service. worth a trip.

My family and I went to this pub over the weekend for drinks and lunch. The beer was amazing and very good. The lunch menu had a variety of classic pub dishes, all served well, with generous portion sizes and great value. The staff at the bar were friendly, welcoming, and engaging. I would definitely recommend this place to any families looking for a country pub to enjoy a drink and a meal.

This pub is on one of my bike paths and I always get a friendly reception. eating is simple and tasty. real ale was great. aergarten from the back. if they are a “fancy foodie”, it is probably not for them, but if they are looking for. a country setting, warm reception, pub food and a great pint, then it is bursting.

Awful experience for a Sunday lunch!!!Waited over an hour for food.No home cooked food all frozen fish &pies.Although other reviews say different.Worse meal we have ever had &wont ever be going back!!!Came away feeling very dissapointed after travelling a distance to get there..
