On Monday, March 30, 2015, I visited this cafe at 09.00 a.m. and wanted to take a cup of coffee while waiting for my car. The car was in the workshop at that time when it was cycling, underfloor and motor laundry. When you get in, there is a glass door right between sales room and cafe and you get into a light and friendly room. I like the pleasant freshness and the very beautifully white covered tables that exist from two to fours to family tables. Everything radiated a thirsty atmosphere and I was looking for a small two table right at the window to the through road. Immediately near me, another table of 2 ladies was occupied, they were very obviously having great pleasure and seemed to be known here. 5 minutes after me, a gentleman entered the café and sat down at a more distant table, I had already seen him in the car house, where he had also given his car and how I wanted to bridge the waiting time here. Even further away and not completely seen from me, a family was sitting here which seemed to be both early and well known. The service had not even contacted me until this time and took care of the other guests incl. the Lord who arrived after me, who ordered a breakfast. I was always very surprised, I felt audible when the service went past me, but got no attention and that even the early-seating ladies noticed, because they had very good eye contact with me. So the time passed and at some point the Lord got his breakfast, it was 20 minutes later... When the operation came back to my table but had turned the gaze toward the front, someone cried out from the rear corner to coffee!!! and immediately the lady turned there and started through. Now I called her quite aloud after the question whether she might also serve me and when that should be? She took note of it, but once was the coffee!!! the other guests more important, which she served very quickly. Now she really came to me and asked if I had not been served yet? I showed her the empty and clean table where only my smartphone was parked and asked if she had already been with me or if there was another 2nd operation? Both had to deny them and I'm sorry! Yeah, sure, me too, and I then asked if there might be a cup of coffee for me, and if she would be willing to serve this within the next time? Now she apologized and said she was right against me. Actually, I got the box with 1 1/2 cups of coffee shortly afterwards including another apology. It was quite obvious that the service did all this on its own and the breakfast was not only served but also had to prepare itself. Too bad this café would have earned more staff and I don't know how this is going to happen, if only half of the available tables should be occupied? After I had the coffee on, I was able to pay by means of the cettels on the table in advance, cost point 3.40 euros. After the counter, the serving lady, another sold straight bread or rolls. Maybe the staff blanket on this Monday morning was unusually thin, I'll give them a 2. But if then someone goes past my table twice without taking a note, I will go without further reaction! More than a naja, so go! is not possible after this entry, maybe I can increase during the next visit.

Best café in Bedburg and surroundings! Family atmosphere and handmade, high-quality products. Especially recommended is the healthy Chia bread with super nutritional value.

After a while looking around in Bedburg-Kaster, the desire for coffee and cake grew. However, a café was obviously overwhelmed by a total of 10 guests. Although this has never come to our minds, we left the restaurant because of non-respect as a guest and drove directly to Bedburg. There we found the Café Kraus very fast, where we felt really good. There were coffee and delicious cakes. On the walls there were loving decorations with old coffee cups and behind the café there were even more seating options that I would personally call a lasy place. A very pleasant atmosphere there and also the service was very friendly and welcoming.
