Wendy's - Beckley

Our order was right, food well cooked, staff were polite, and the place was clean.

Very good! Customer service was excellent. We ordered 3 Bacon Cheeseburger Four for Four. The food was cooked for perfection. bacon beautiful and crispy, but not overcooked. Thanx Wendys!

I haven't been to this Wendy's in quite a while food and service have always been off, but I wanted a taste of the new strawberry frosty. After a long wait for a cashier, I had thoughts of another Wendy's fiasco. But the cashier was very efficient once he arrived and my order was perfect. And once he arrived I could see the reason for his late arrival, he was doing the work of two people. Get him some help!! I will be back. Oh, don't park next to the building. You can't back out until the drive-through line goes down.

All was great only thing wrong with it was they were out of Dr pepper but got a sprite instead and it was really cold were lined up in drive thru but it still was very quick and the cashier was exceptionally nice
