They make some great food. Unfortunately you can't know whether they have anything cooked until you walk to the back of the store.
I would give this store a zero if I could. I had the worst experience at this store. I made a return at customer service for purchase I made earlier in the morning by debit card with a receipt. Supervisor Sarah did not acknowledge me waiting and was busy talking 2 other employees. Finally, she called me up asking me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to return a few items and provided the receipt. I asked for a merchandise card because I wanted to buy different items in the store rather than to wait 3 to 4 business days for it to be credited on the card. She said nope, it's too late and there's nothing she can do. She didn't listen to my request. I told her that was unacceptable. Asked for Store Manager and she said the Store Manager is not here today and that nobody can help me; that she's following policy. Was extremely rude, treated me as I was insignificant and acted like a bully. She handed me the return receipt and turned away. I had to go back to get my original receipt. I called customer complaint line and told them about the situation. Was told once the cashier hit the button there's nothing that can be done. Told me that someone from the store would call in 2 to 3 business days. I feel that Walmart monopolizes the retail business, makes the customer do their own scanning to save on payroll, and treats customers like **** if there is a problem. You can never get management to help.
Ok ...but roast beef was a little dry and smelled like vinegar. So I changed my mind about eating it once I got it home.
So... we are in a global pandemic everyone is suppose to be extra attentive to bodily fluids. The memo has NOT been received at the Beckley, WalMart. The restroom was the absolute most disgusting place I have ever been. Three of the restrooms had feces smeared on the lids. Two doors didn't even lock and there was toilet paper everywhere. In the sink there was a liquid, I think that looked like throw up dried in the sink. So I obviously walk out because well it was disgusting as well the smell was unexplainable. I go to the restroom in the back of the store. The entire way there spraying myself with hand sanitizer. Well to the back... it was not as bad but still was awful. Now I get people are nasty and they show just how nasty in public restrooms. But please have a cleaning crew I can't imagine being an employee and having to use any of those bathrooms. Again, all I see at WalMart is signs to social distance wear a mask wash your hands. Well if you are so worried about a pandemic and health why are you not keeping your restrooms somewhat usable. This is really nasty and unacceptable.
