Texas Roadhouse - Beckley

Tasha was outstanding waitress! She was attentive and friendly. My steak was just the way I ordered it.

When I go to Texas I order a side of fries with cheese and bacon a side salad with EXTRA ranch. What do they do every time? Completely Ignore what’s on the ticket and never give me the ranch. This has happened 3 times and the food is poor quality when I get it, lettuce brown or wilted. I don’t understand why people like this place, food, drinks and atmosphere SUBPAR.

This evening while dining in at the local restaurant, we were waited on by an amazing waitress, Shyanne. Our concern is not her commitment to our dining experience, rather that of her “front end supervisor”. Our party of 5 arrived, was quickly seated, and submitted our order for drinks and appetizers while we waited on our additional guest to arrive. Food experience was excellent. Treated poorly by staff and felt stereotyped and discriminated against. Regina who was the manager was very disengaged, unfriendly and made me and my family feel very unwelcome. There is too many other great restaurants in this community to serve me and my family better. Will never return!

Our waitress told our table of five that the “manager” said we could not have any more drinks…she stated that we all had three SINGLES and could not have any more due to their “safety concerns“…NEVER WILL I RETURN.
