Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Beckley

The sandwiches are quite good. However, the brisket is rather plain. Typically, places that serve brisket offer a rich variety of flavors that burst in your mouth with each juicy bite. Unfortunately, this one lacks that complexity; it's just meat with a very basic taste. I would recommend sticking to the sandwiches instead.

I strongly encourage you to check this place out. I visited once and hoped to make it a regular spot for my meals. If you just try their sandwiches, you’ll definitely want to come back! They are delicious! The prices are also reasonable and affordable. This is a place you absolutely have to visit!

Very clean place to some great grill, the staff was excellent the food was delicious. Then our meal ended with the self serving ice cream. Next time through the state, I'll go back there. I highly recommend this place as a must try 5 stars

I believe Dickey's maintains a high standard for the quality of their meat, but their side dishes could use some improvement. Overall, considering the price, it's a great spot for barbecue.

I'm in from out of town, and although I grew up in Wva, soooo much has changed. I was trying to find somewhere different to eat and was looking up places and came across Dickey's. Being that they were close to closing I was hesitant to order but I'm glad I did because the foot was REALLY good!!! I would recommend.
