Papa Johns Pizza - Bechtelsville

I placed a scheduled order in advance. At 10:30 AM, I received a call informing me that they didn't have their shipment of Epic Stuffed Crust. They altered my order and assured me it would arrive by 12:10 PM. After waiting, I called at 12:25 and was transferred to a disconnected number. My pizza finally arrived at 12:35, but it was cold, and I'm only 5 minutes away! Don't waste your money. Food rating: 1.

Ordered for delivery. Was told 28 minutes. Never came. Never got a phone call. Went directly to Papa John's after an hour of waiting, no apology, blamed it on Doordash, offered a 50 percent discount on food after I told them I wasn't paying for it. Coming here to vent on how AWFUL Papa Johns is on Route 100. My mom has always ordered from Papa Johns before it was sold to whomever NEVER had issues. Tonight we placed an order at 6:26pm for delivery and going to pay with cash. Said it would be here by 7:11pm. No biggie. 7:30pm comes around still no delivery. My mom tries to call off her phone “press 5 for the manager” pressed 5 “the number is not in service”. Okay weird she calls back again presses 3 to place an order. “the number is not in service”. Okay so I call off my phone. I’m able to get through to “place an order” I speak with a male first and explain the situation and he says he’s going to transfer me to the manager, I explained it’s not in service and he still transferred me and I got the same message. So I call them back and I get a female this time. I explain we ordered over an hour ago and it was supposed to be delivered and it hasn’t. She says “I’m not at that location” and I questioned her because I called the number off google for the local Papa Johns and she proceeds to tell me she is in the Philippines!? Excuse me, Im sorry. but I am calling the Philippines for Papa Johns now!? She said she tried calling over to the location and it was saying it was not in service as well and all she could see was that the order is out for delivery.. but I told her it wasn’t because the automated system said it was going to be delivered in -1 minutes. (Not sure how that is possible). I told her to cancel the order, we were no longer interested. 8:10pm comes around and doordash shows up on my moms door. I explained to him we told them we wanted to cancel. And he said he was never told that. Since I used to doordash I asked if he has to pay with his red card(since we were paying cash) and he said he didn’t pay there for anything and the doordash app says he was to collect cash from us and that was it. We did end up paying him, because I told my mom he wouldn’t get paid then. But if it was Papa Johns we would of told them to get lost. We will never order there again. They suck

I ordered from here yesterday, and the food arrived cold. I'm not sure what the meat on the pizza was, but it definitely wasn't bacon. Additionally, my boyfriend found a long hair in his BBQ wings. We will never order from this restaurant again! Service: Delivery.
