90 percent of the time I've been here when I finally move into the order, I'm asked to wait a minute to place my order and the buyer disappears for a few minutes before I return to take my order. Always a long wait.

The worker there was patient and helped my family get what we wanted!

Can the manager and owner of the store, please explain to me why the service here is very slow and the employees don't seem to understand what coffee drinks are like they always seem to mess up something, but it takes them to complete and order 30 minutes. When I worked at Dunkin, the store manager never tolerated it. I was fired over a wrong drink, so they and you should be through the roof. This is ridiculous and someone must be aware of it. But you hired a girl who had no idea what was half and half creamy. SMALL

I ordered Peach Passion Fruit drink and it was delicious the first time and by the second third time i went back it didn?t taste good at all.

I ordered a iced latte and the girl in the drive through repeated my order back to me 3 times and still didn?t put it in the system wrong and gave me a ice coffe and on top of that the coffee taste old .
