Pub Au Cochon Fume - Bécancour

This English pub, recommended by a nearby hotel, was great. My wife had an excellent meal.

I was extremely impressed by this hidden gem in a small town. The smoked meat was absolutely delicious, and the owner came out to assist us and was very friendly. The decor was beautiful and you could tell that a lot of thought had been put into it. The prices were fair as well.

We had an excellent meal outdoors in this family restaurant after a trip from ottowa. the menu is simple, but has enough choice to satisfy most if not all taste and portion are so that they do not leave hungry! quality is excellent and the food is freshly prepared, so if you want to go quick food elsewhere, but if you like us, you want excellent food, freshly cooked and served as you can reasonably expect, they will love it!

That's a pretty little place. I loved it. good eating and the portions were right, although they did not ask that they could be for a robbery! excellent service eating came hot and tasty. the prices are reasonable. will return definitiw.

My wife and I stopped here last spring for a quick bite and some beer. Price were fair, and food was decent. We ordered steak and salmon, and it was a good bang for the buck, although slightly overcooked.
