My husband and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant when we went to pick up our order. The woman at the counter was rude to us because another customer had canceled their order, and it seemed to affect her mood. She pointed to a pull-out pocket on the shelf and mentioned that our friends had canceled their order without paying for it. We were confused by this and explained that we didn’t know anyone who could have done that. She then assumed we must be friends because we shared the same accent. Not wanting to create a scene, we decided to leave without our order, feeling insulted by the entire exchange. It's safe to say we won’t be returning.
This place serves excellent yakisoba. The flavor is fantastic, and they include plenty of vegetables that enhance the taste and variety of the dish. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the portions are a bit small for the price. I had to order two to feel satisfied, but it was delicious!
I give 1 star for the service and gouging. The food is ok, but it is such a shame when simple recipes are made so fast that they do not have quality control. That's the third time I had the same court. For the first time there were no onions or bean sprouts. The second time, I asked for extra and they did it the right way, unfortunately it was Bland. So this time I went back and asked her to make it at least level 2. This time I was extra charged for bean sprouts and onions, if everyone knows this is in Pad Thai. She told me it was extra? She should have told me that she took my money. The onions they use are the part you throw away, not the tips. They don't lose money by doing it right. Well, now with a tip, we're $3 last time. And it was still dirty because they forgot the spices! Do not give your hard earned money to subpare food from these places, they just think about money. I could have paid $16 in La Provence and it would have been perfect and I would have had some remains. No way back
My husband and I really enjoyed this little unassuming place! Their Tum Yum soup tasted authentic with good ingredients in a big boat shaped bowl. They care about hygiene: a bottle of hand sanitizer on each table was highly appreciated. And the staff was spot cleaning the floor as needed. Will go back again!
