Sushi Track - Beaverton

I've been coming here for years. Pre-Covid the belt would run and this place would be pretty packed. Now that Covid has capsized a lot of business this place has adapted pretty well. The owners and chef that I've watched prepare sushi for nearly my entire life run a tight ship and had no trouble preparing a huge meal for my girlfriend and I. I came here for the belt which isn't running. This place however is one of the few Asian restaurants that actually still offer dine-in so, thats a huge plus for me. Great food and reasonably priced. Hopefully the belt will be up soon!

The best sushi! I couldn’t decide which roll was my favorite. Excellent and fast service. This will be my go to for sushi every time.

Ordered pick up, got the Crunch Scallop and sesame balls, loved it. Definitely going again
