Roxy's Island Grill - Beaverton

My boyfriend stopped by to grab Roxy’s for the first time tonight in Beaverton. What a mistake! I got the orange chicken substituted the sides with a salad and my boyfriend got the short ribs. First- the orange chicken was just not good, the orange “sauce” on the chicken was basically orange scented condensation and was slopped all over everything. Half of the salad lettuce was bad and the other half was soaked in orange juice.My boyfriends ribs were really greasy and had this weird grit on them like they’d been cooked on a dirty grill that hadn’t been cleaned in years. Mac salad was okay- white rice was also okay but the Kimchi was inedible.Also the inside of the restaurant was filthy. Having lived in Hawaii for years- to see this place calling themselves anything close to hawaiian food is just blasphemy. 808 Grinds is a superior choice and I suggest you save your money and spend it there! 808 has Better food, service and prices+ great family vibe!This company must be a drug front or some other kind of money laundering operation for how little they care about their actual product.

Haven't been here for awhile. We really enjoyed it and it is worth the wait. We decided to make this our chosen Hawaiian place!

Every table was sticky and gross, and remember that sweet reggae they used to play? Loud country music instead. The food is still good but yikes, has this place gone downhill fast.

I’ve tried to place lunch orders for our office twice, and both times the order was accepted only to be canceled just 10 minutes before it was scheduled to be delivered. Our DoorDash driver called me to let me know that Roxy's is no longer offering DoorDash service. I expected the restaurant to be professional enough to notify me directly. So if you’re considering ordering through DoorDash, I advise against it!

I really struggled with the fact that there’s no ice machine! I just don’t understand it. I had to walk all the way across the parking lot to find somewhere that had ice so I could fill my hydro flask. I absolutely need ice in my water! I even had to pause my meal just to go get some. This is a deal breaker for me – no ice means no business.
