I can't believe that they are selling cold, greasy wings and people are still eating them! Disgusting. ??

Our order was missing 2 cans, 2 fries, and 1 salad. It seems like they either didn't include them for the delivery driver or didn't give him all the bags. It's frustrating when a simple order isn't fulfilled correctly.

Once again, I requested only dark meat, but they refused, claiming it was company policy. However, both times I ordered, I received more white meat than I wanted. The first time I ordered 12 pieces and only received eight thighs. The second time I ordered 18 pieces and ended up with only twelve thighs. This is unacceptable - we expected better from this restaurant.

I went there thinking I was going to purchase some french fries but found out that they only have now cajun french fries, which that's not what I wanted. I liked their old ones. After waiting in line to find out that they no longer had. The regular ordinary french fries. I will not do that again because they were too spicy.

Not up to national standards. Seemed ordering 4pc chicken contains 2wings 1drum 1breast. All small kinda dried out. Wife ordered chicken sandwich and breast didn't overwhelm the bun like other stores. Oh well!!
