Fuddoyama Ramen Teriyaki - Beaverton

The fuddoyama ramen with chicken was out of this world! Absolutely delicious!! My son had the spicy teriyaki chicken (pictured) and that, too, just wonderful. It's a very tiny establishment, maybe 12 tables total. We got there at 3:30pm on aSunday afternoon and had about a 15 minute wait. The menu is very simple with a vegetarian option. Sometimes the simplestthings are the best, am I right? And FuddoYama Ramen and Teriyaki sure perfected their broth and teriyaki sauce! ???????? Waitstaff wears masks and there are hand sanitizing wipes on the table which was greatly appreciated. Parking was plentiful sinceit's located in a strip mall.

Tbh it?s not bad but not as what I expected for 4.6. Karaage is bigger pieces than I expected, it was ok but the sauce is good. Takoyaki is really normal. The raman are okay too, the quality of noddle actually is not that good. The broth of ramen isinteresting tho but ? anyway Price are cheap and service are nice tho. If this is close to my house, I will stop by coupletimes but it?s not worth to drive.

A hidden gem for the best ramen! The rich and thick broth is perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. I began by ordering the chicken, then tried the pork and pork belly, but I found the pork belly too fatty for my taste. The slices of pork were a bit too thin for my liking. Therefore, I opted for the grilled chicken, which is both delicious and healthier. Overall, I give this place five stars for its cleanliness, friendly service, and delicious ramen!

I prefer thin noodles over udon since they tend to absorb more flavors. The takoyaki was decent but nothing out of the ordinary. The ambiance truly captures a Japanese vibe, which I loved. Overall, this place is definitely worth a visit.
