Carina's Bakery - Beaverton

My kiddo and I visit most every weekend during the farmer's market season! Carina's baked goods are delicious, and there's so much to choose from for a lunch meal too. I have lots of allergies (gluten, soy, dairy), so this place is my dream! Plus, Ilove Carina's story, and how she supports her community. Highly recommended!

I was looking for a bakery that could accommodate vegan and gluten-free options for a wedding celebration. We ordered 4 dozen cupcakes in four different flavors, and they were a big hit! Everyone agreed that they were moist, delicious, and the best cupcakes they had ever tasted. When I picked them up, they were clearly labeled with the flavors and beautifully packaged. I highly recommend this bakery.

As a vegan, I have been a loyal customer of vegan bakeries like Carina's for a long time. Carina is incredibly creative in the treats she makes and I love them. However, I would like to see more healthy options with naturally sweetened treats. I agree with another reviewer that the current treats have been too sweet for my taste lately.

We ordered 2 dozen cupcakes for my 3 year old?s bday (added sprinkles and the dinosaurs decor) and the carrot lox smorgas and it was all wonderful! Even if you?re not vegan, these cupcakes were delicious!

It's great to see another vegan restaurant in Beaverton, and while Carina's shows promise, it still has some room for improvement. I tried a variety of dishes, with the PB Patty standing out as excellent and the peach muffin being good. Unfortunately, the Cheeze and Scallion Biscuit had a gritty texture and the filling in the Sauzage roll was overly mushy. The service was decent. Thankfully, there are fantastic vegan bakeries like Petunia's and DoeDonuts in the Portland area, and I hope Carina's can work on refining their recipes to reach that same level of quality.
