Starbucks - Beavercreek

I love this Starbucks, can be extremely busy and lengthy sometimes bit always good and fresh. I think they should consider redesigning the drive through, had to wait 10 min once to get out from the drive thu..Food: 5/5

It's not really the workers fault they were actually super nice, but they were completely out of everything we asked for. We had to get substitutes for all of the basic drinks on the menu. We only go to Starbucks for their signature drinks so it was a real bummer when they were out of everything.

I wish I could give this location more than two stars. Sadly, the location is always out of lots of things. Or the person will say yes, they have it and then seconds later say no. So, I do have a strange suspicion, it's more to do with this one particular barista, that's always there early in the morning, that just doesn't feel like making these things. It's really gone down hill since he started working there. He makes the worst drinks. Plus, he just double cups the drinks that have liquid running over the original cup, making it look disgusting.

Worst service ever!! Made me get in the drive through line again just because I didn’t say that I have an order from the app!!

Worst Starbucks ever. I am done with Starbucks retail stores. The mobile order and drive thru service are absolute ****. Can't park because there drive thru blocks every space. The few spots left that aren't blocked by drive thru where all the employees park. Every experience in 2 years has been ****. I have been ignored by their Corp store team for how horrible their service in I am done wasting my time with this absolute shitty location and their upper mgmt
