Smoothie King - Beavercreek

I had a good experience at Smoothie King, the smoothies were great. Although I usually don't prefer this type of beverages, I really enjoyed it. The service was good and the shop was clean. I tried the Gladiator smoothie with strawberries and cocoa and it was delicious. They definitely make great smoothies there and I would highly recommend it.

The restaurant informed me that they were closed, but another group of people walked in and were served smoothies. They also had an attitude when I arrived.

The staff at this restaurant were clearly not happy when we arrived just 4 minutes before closing time, even though the door should have been locked. One of the employees made a sarcastic comment about having to make smoothies for us three guys. It was disappointing to have our good mood from a workout session ruined by this negative experience. We felt embarrassed and disrespected when we heard the comment and decided to leave. The staff still allowed another couple to come in after us, which made us wonder if race played a factor in their treatment of us. It is important for businesses not to hire lazy and unprofessional staff, regardless of how close it is to closing time. This behavior was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the restaurant.

Decided to grab a smoothie for breakfast this morning and saw that this particular Smoothie King opened up at 7am. Walked from my hotel at 8am and arrived at Smoothie King to discover that it was still closed at 8:15am. There was an employee inside the building and I knocked on the window, but she failed to acknowledge me. So I decided to grab a mocha from Winans Chocolates Coffees instead. A fail for this Smoothie King location.

Someone needs fired plan and simple!Came 10 miles out of our way to be greeted with a open late sign, Sorry for the Inconvenience. This was more then an inconvenience for us. You have a website to write this information on. USE IT!
