Long John Silver's - Beavercreek

Sarah and Robert provided excellent service for us today at 6:30 PM. They made sure we had all the sauces we needed and were very polite and helpful. We were staying at a nearby hotel to let the kids swim, and they made sure we had plates and everything we needed. This was the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Thank you both so much! If I could rate them 100/100, I would. The food was also hot and delicious.

My experience at the drive-thru was fantastic. The man serving me was polite and pleasant, and the food was hot and fresh.

They were short staffed, but the guy taking orders was quick, super friendly, and on point! I wished I had gotten his name! The food was correct, and it didn't take too long

Guy running the window was extremely rude. Made a big deal that we were willing to wait for them to drop more chicken because they were out. Do better

I usually stop by this KFC/Long John Silver 's location in Beavercreek, Ohio for a bucket of their fried chicken for dinner at home. It 's hit or miss with their fried chicken....sometimes it 's great and other times it 's not that good. Their fish at Long John Silver 's is generally pretty good and so is their chicken planks. I cannot rate their place inside since I only use their drive-thru service and eat my food at home, but their drive-thru service needs serious overhauling because everytime I get my food from this place, the wait is sometimes in excess of 20 minutes. Staff is just OK for the most part, some staff are very polite, others are just there for the minimum wage dollars. 3 stars.
